Are you struggling to improve your flamenco dancing? Do you feel overwhelmed with just how much there is to learn?

Are you ready to take control of your practice and improve?

Flamenco is an art form beloved by people around the world and the study of flamenco dance is one of the most enriching and gratifying ways to spend your time.

However it can be overwhelming for many students when it becomes clear just how much is required of them.

Flamenco is immense, wonderfully so. You can study flamenco for a lifetime and still be left with more to learn.

So where do you start? How do you even begin to understand flamenco and flamenco dance?

We believe (and the name of our website gives it away) that by looking at small 'bite-size' pieces of information you can begin to build your own picture and understanding of flamenco.

Start small.

You don't need to rush, you don't need to do everything at once.

As flamenco dancers we have a multitude of things that we need to study.

We need to study music, dance technique and interpretation. No small task by any means.

What should you study and when? How much time should you spend on each element? What happens if you need to take a break because life gets in the way?

With all these questions in mind we have developed a short course to help you gain some clarity about what you should (or could) be doing.

Because flamenco is so big many students (especially adult students) get distracted from the fundamental techniques that they should be focusing on.

You skip the basics and jump straight to the 'fun' more advanced stuff but by jumping over the fundamentals you set yourself up for hardship and frustration down the road.

Flamenco is hard but it is also one of the most open and accessible art-forms in the world. Flamenco is available to anyone, no matter what your background maybe and no matter what your age is when it finds you.

You do not need incredibly fast footwork to dance flamenco.

You do not need a bag full of tricks.

You do need to understand flamenco rhythm.

You do need fundamental dance technique and an understanding of how to move your body.

You do need the courage to dance with your heart.

Inside the Flamenco Bites Challenge you'll discover how to find your focus. This is your shortcut to growing as a dancer and a student of flamenco dance.

We'll walk with you, show you the fundamentals and equip you with the tools and techniques you need to build your confidence and train effectively.

You'll receive daily prompts via email which will outline the theme for the day. It'll run through the ideas and details on how to implement them into your own practice.
