This step uses quite a bit of contratiempo (contra) but if you listen to it a few times I think you'll get the hang of it.
The 1st and 2nd compás both start on the 'and' beat that is the contra. I have written out the counts below and used the + symbol to denote 'and'.
The trick to doing this step with this rhythm is making sure you accent the second tacón which falls on the beat. If you feel your self wobbling make sure you have a good plié and you are fully grounded. If you are lifting up out of the floor you will find things much more difficult.

There is no step on counts 10 and 11, only the tacón is used on the contra.
