Técnica de los brazos {Arm positions with wrist circles}


Continuing on from my last post introducing the five basic arm positions today we have an exercise that builds on that by incorporating a wrist circle.

Whenever you do any practice it is important to properly warm up the body and that includes the wrists and the lower arms in flamenco. 

The important thing to remember here is that you are trying to isolate the movement of the hand circling from the rest of the arm. 

Start slowly and just do a few of these each day to build up your strength, eventually you will gain a greater range of movement.
