The movement of the hands is the next addition to our exercises based on the five arm positions.

Here I am using the second technique where the thumb and middle finger meet with the rest of the fingers remaining open for the circle.
With the fingers involved you need to be even more careful about not moving the rest of the arm. Good hand technique takes a a lot of practice, your arms will feel tired quite quickly when you start. Just do a little bit, have a rest and then pick it up again when you feel ready.
