This year José and I have had an idea for a new column on the blog. We want to get to know you and share your flamenco stories.
Once a month we would like to feature a flamenco student (dance or guitar) and a flamenco teacher who lives and studies/works outside of Spain.
Entitled #MyFlamencoStory and starting in February, we wanted this column to feature anyone at any stage in their flamenco journey.
If you are a student just starting out or someone who has been studying for 10 years we'd like to get to know you. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.
If you are a teacher with a regular class anywhere in the world we'd love to hear about your experiences sharing the art of flamenco with your local community.
We would drill down into the challenges and successes you've experienced. How you found flamenco and any impact it has had on your life.
We’ll feature it across all our media channels and to our email subscribers, to inspire, motivate and ignite others into following their dreams and starting their very own flamenco journey.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line #MyFlamencoStory.
We look forward to hearing from you!
